Cooper is a 1 year old neutered male chihuahua mix who weighs 10 pounds. These dogs were part of a humane recovery after their owners had too many dogs to care for and wanted better lives for them. While these dogs are a little shy to start, they are so sweet and love other dogs. Cooper must go to a home with another dog and a fenced in yard.
