I'm a young, inquisitive, goofy, energetic and sweet soul who loves to cuddle and entertain with my funny antics. I am super smart and my foster family has taught me so many tricks! I know 'sit', 'down', 'roll over', 'paw', 'sit up', 'leave it', and 'go to your bed'. I also know 'stay', 'come', 'touch', and '1-2-3'. When I'm really excited, I can sometimes turn off my ears and forget my obedience, so I am a work in progress. My curiosity knows no bounds, and I'm always up for an adventure! I love car rides and running free in a secured, fenced in area with my dog friends. I am also great at matching energy with other dog friends. I love the game of chase more than anything, but this also means I can chase animals that aren't quite up for the game, like cats. I love people and dogs, but on leash I can be reactive towards dogs, so I do need to keep working on meeting them on leash. My foster family continues to work with me on my training and I would do best if my adoptive family would continue my training.
Furever Home I'm Looking For:
I'm an energetic big guy, so I'd do best in a home that understands that and can help me grow and continue to learn. I need a calm, stable household and someone who will give me focused time and attention to work on my quirks so I can be the best dog and live my best life! I also need some patience as I have separation anxiety. An adopter who works from home and doesn't travel often could be just perfect. I just really like to be with my people! I also don't like to be crated, so please work with me on being comfortable out and about in the house. I'm a seriously great companion for the right family, if you just give me a chance!
