Frank was transferred to Valley Humane on 4/19 from the East County Animal Shelter after being abandoned. Frank is an adult dog (estimated to be between 4 and 7 years old) and weighs 14.5 pounds.
Frank has a shrunken left eye. This could be secondary to an injury or severe infection. He appears comfortable with no obvious discharge or redness. If this changes or is painful an exam should be scheduled with a veterinarian. Frank is missing a right testicle. An exploratory was done to look for the right testicle but it was unable to be found. A testosterone level can be checked in 1 month at VHS.
