I came to MaxFund in March because the landlord at my owner's home said I was no longer welcome. Isn't that sad? I sure do miss my owner, but I know they had to follow the law, and now I get to meet new people at MaxFund! Won't you come join my circle of friends? We can take a walk, or run around in the yard, or just cuddle!
I am a very smart young dog, and I have taken to clicker training expeditiously. If you're looking for a dog who is eager to learn and a joy to train, look no furher! Because of my youth and my breed, I will need an owner who has the time and energy to give me lots and lots of mental and physical stimulation. I'm happy to spend time with you on the couch, but probably only after a romp!
During my time at MaxFund, the staff and volunteers have noted that I do better with dogs when we have lots of space to move around. In close quarters, it can be a little intense for me! Because of this, I will be much happier in a home without other dogs.
