ATTENTION: KENNEL STAFF WILL BE TAKING APPLICATIONS ON ME AND PICKING THE MOST APPROPRIATE HOME.
Hi hi hi, my name is Zola!! I am the smartest girl in town and came to the Berkshire Humane Society because I was not doing so well with the other dog in my home. I can be timid and tentative of new people at first, so a nice slow introduction to new people is best for me. That said, once we are friends I am an EXTREMELY sweet and active gal! I am not much of a couch potato and love to be outside living it up! I want to be out running, hiking, walking, or jogging, but most importantly, I want to be taking part in these activities with you! So, if you are looking for an adventure buddy, I'm your girl! I love to go outside on my walks and romp around the pen. Because of my apprehension with new people, I will need patience and continued work on meeting new people and visitors to my (hopeful) new home. Slow introductions where I can choose when to approach new people on my own terms will help show me that new humans aren't so scary. I am fully housetrained, which I've been told by the kennel staff is a huge paw-sitive! I would prefer a home with no other animals or young children. What can I say? I'm such a cool chick, I feel that I'm the only companion that you'll need to keep you entertained!
If you would like more information about me and how to potentially adopt me, please contact the kennel staff at (413) 447-7878 ext.126.
