Hi! My name is Bruino!
I came to MaxFund in early April after my previous family couldn't keep me anymore. Life throws all of us curveballs, dogs and humans alike! You can at least feel confident knowing they didn't choose to rehome me because of anything I did...it was just time for all of us to go in our separate directions. The good news is that I get a second chance at a forever home, which lots of dogs don't get! Lucky me--maybe it means I'll get to meet you!
I am a young dog with a lot of energy and strength, so please be ready to commit time and energy of your own to match that! Like any other dog, I'll need plenty of physical and mental enrichment to keep me healthy. I'd love to live an active lifestyle with somone who will let me crash on their couch after a run!
I have a lot of love to give my next human, but you should know my previous family said I'm not my best self around small children, cats, and some other dogs. The common demoninator here is probably my energy and strength--I'd hate to knock over a kiddo or traumatize a cat, but it's hard for me to slow down! If you have another dog in the house, please let the shelter know so they can make sure our introduction goes smoothly.
