Hello folks! My name is Gertrude, and feel free to call me Gert! I am one of the senior dogs here at a young age of 12 years old. My personality does not reflect my age, as I will be happy to have you walk me on these sunny days. I do have arthritis, which causes me to have a unique type of walk, but I do not let it slow me down at all (with the help of some pain management).
I love the staff here, but would sure like to be adopted so I can live in a home with a comfy dog bed, and someone to love me everyday. I will probably do best in a home that has someone to take me outside for potty breaks, but provide plenty of cuddles and things to do inside!
