Meet Penelope aka Penny and Philly. These two sweet cats are a bonded pair so the must go home together. Both cats loved to be brushed, get scratches, and are affectionate with people. They love to play with laser toys and toys on sticks. Neither Penny nor Philly like other animals, but these two cats are enough to fill your heart! Philly and Penny have only lived with children 9+ years old, but may do well with younger children who respect their boundaries. They may be shy at first, but once they warm up they are said to be lap cats. Penny loves hidey huts to take a break in and Philly will keep her safe, he's the protective brotherly type.
