VOLUNTEER NOTES:
* extra jumpy when we first got out
* a bit mouthy with the leash but settled nicely after a couple of minutes
* he LOVES to snuggle
* looks to be border collie or flat coat retriever
* treat manners need work - very jumpy and tries to snatch them
* gorgeous boy is very smart, very friendly and very snuggly.
