Say hello to Alvin! Here at the shelter, he has been a friendly, wiggly gentleman. Because he came to us as a stray, we do not have any prior history on Alvin. But staff has discovered that he knows how to sit, down, shake, and paw! Alvin spent some time in an office and was a pleasant guest. He enjoyed curling up in a chair and looking out of the window. He loved hanging his head out of the window on his car ride! His bellowing bark may be intimidating, but he is a gentle giant that wants to spend all of his time with his humans. Alvin has been in training here at the shelter! He is excelling at his tricks and will give you his full attention for some snacks. Adopters should build a consistent routine to help him adjustment to his new home. Keeping Alvin mentally and physically enriched with puzzle toys, games, and plenty of walks will help him be comfortable and happy.
