Horton hears a WHO will be his new family? This 6-year-old guy is a lovely Pit Bull/Terrier mix who walks perfectly on a leash. Horton LOVES going for walks. He's an exemplar walking buddy and he will gracefully strut any sidewalk he strolls.
Very quickly, Horton will lean into your legs for pets. This is his way of expressing affection and telling you that he wants to be close with you. The more you get to know Hort-Hort, the more you'll see his soft side. He loves the people who get close to him.
Horton has had good experiences with other dogs, and would likely do best with a wandering, non-playful type of canine friend to give him the space he needs. He may be best an only pet.
