Z-A-R-R-A, Zarra!
I am a party in puppy form. I have been at the PSPCA for a short while and in that time I made a name for myself as the zestiest and most exuberant pup in the place.
The treats and the toys are cool to explore for now, but what I really want to spend time getting to know is a home.
Thinking of all the fun I could have in a home with a loving family is what keeps my batteries charged!
