Rocky and Brandy are two of a kind!! They're truly a bonded pair, Rocky acts as Brandy's seeing eye dog and Rocky loves his sister so much he can't handle being away from her. He helps her find the water bowl when she's thirsty, she follows him outside and on walks!
Brandy is the definition of a lap dog, she's a sweetheart and loves being on or near you. She sometimes will even demand that you allow you on your lap. It's very cute! If you dare stop petting her she'll gently nuzzle you as a reminder she needs more attention. She's diabetic but is such a good girl when it comes to her insulin, she sits still and makes it very simple to medicate her. Her affection for people and her Rocky is heartwarming.
Rocky is a big loveable boy and takes good care of Brandy! Rocky enjoys attention and likes being petted (if Brandy finds out she'll remind you who the queen bee is and demand she also gets pets) he's very friendly and is also fine laying by your feet or finding a corner to nap in, but does enjoy a nice nap on the couch. Rocky has an old soul but has lots of love in his eyes and enjoys any affection you'll give him!
They're both sweethearts, as older dogs they'd do well in a less active home with someone who can manage their medical needs. They have been in our home nearly a month and have settled very nicely into our routines. They are so thrilled nto be woken up by us in the morning and are so happy to see us when we get home. Brandy especially drops to the ground and demands belly rubs. They have may have short legs but their affection for people is tall!
