This sweet, petite gal is one and half year old Paloma! Paloma is a friendly, easy-going gal who can be a bit shy but loves attention within a few minutes of knowing you. She will enjoy a fenced yard where she can run freely and get her energy out. Because she can be a little shy, she may do better in a home without small children (teens and up would be ideal). She likes to go for short walks here at the shelter but will certainly love longer walks with you once she gets used to her new routine. Paloma was picked up in a local town as a stray but that was probably the luckiest day of her life as she was in horrific condition; emaciated, injured and filthy. Through TLC from our staff and volunteers, and lots of snacks, she is back to a healthy weight. Paloma had a hard start to her life and is more than ready to turn over a new leaf and find a family that will love her as much as we do.
