Missy is a beautiful black 15 hand Thoroughbred mare looking for a companion home. She was given up due to her owners illness and lack of ability to care for her. She's a very sweet gal who is approximately 25 years old. She likes to be groomed and given lots of love and attention. She is no longer rideable but would be a fantastic companion horse.

Our dogs and horses are NOT at the HSFC shelter at 4057 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA--only our cats, birds, rabbits, and small mammals can be visited there. Our dogs and horses are housed at our private farm in Centreville.
