Hello. My name's Zoie and I'm three years old. I get along great with other cats. My BFF here at the shelter is Poppy. Maybe you can adopt us together? She is really nice, just like me. If you can't take us both, I understand. I like to be pet by people, mostly on my head and neck- but please don't over-handle me- like try to pick me up or touch my belly. It's too scary and uncomfortable, and I need people who with understand my boundaries. I'd rather live with older children who respect my needs. I spook easily here in the busy adoption room, so I hope my new home is on the quieter side. Since I'm a bit nervous, I'll need a lot of time adjusting to a new home. I know in my heart that someone(s) out there is looking for me to be their forever friend and I can't wait to meet them. I'm in the Purple adoption room. Hope to see you soon.
