The spelling of my name may stump you a little bit, but I like it. It makes people pause and think. I'm a complex pup so I like to encourage others to stop, reflect, and take things slowly. See, for me, proper introductions take time. I'm not one of those dogs that just comes right up looking for treats and butt scratches. No, I like to take things at a slower pace and I like to be sure about people before accepting them into my inner circle. But once I do, we are friends for life. My circle of friends may be a little smaller as a result but the bond is strong. I recognize that this approach is not for everyone and that's fine, but discernment has served me well so that's the deal I have with my SPCA friends. If we meet and think we have something here, I won't be going back to your place right away. We are going to meet a few times just to make sure we are on the same page. This goes for kids and other dogs too because there's nothing I want more than to find the perfect family, one who really understands my personality and will let me be me. So I apologize if this all seems a bit off putting but trust me it's for both of us. I know my people are out there and I know we will find each other!
