Experience the journey of Big Ben! A friendly dogs quest for a forever home! My name is Big Ben, a handsome chocolate laboratory retriever mix! I have been through a lot in my life, being passed around multiple times and even living on the streets. Despite all this, I remain a friendly and loving dog who just wants a forever home. I have been at the shelter since April 15th, 2024, and the staff believes I am around 5 years old. I am currently receiving treatment for heart worms at the animal shelter. I am doing well in my playgroups with other dogs and humans. I've never been around cats. I am a moderate walk on a leash and have had some housebreaking training when kept on a schedule. I am a loving dog who promises to bring joy and love to whoever adopts me. Please consider giving me a forever home, as I am ready to start my new life with a loving family!
