Dusti is 62 lbs and about double what her healthy weight should be. She'll need a home dedicated to walking or exercising her and monitoring her food to get her to a healthy weight. She likes to play fetch. She seems potty trained, but had a couple accidents when her foster parent missed her playfulness as a request to go outside. Some stairs are difficult for her to manage, others are not, she may just be stubborn. Dusti is a small cuddly lap dog in a large dog body. She has adjusted to a cat in her foster home, but is still curious. She has shown resource guarding with other dogs, specifically when her human is eating and more mildly with human attention. Ideally, she'd like to be the only dog and get all the attention. Dusti does well in a crate, but it may not be needed since she seems house broken and has not shown any signs of being destructive. Dusti is a sweet cuddle bug, however, she snores!. If she sounds like your gal, put in your application and she'll be happy to schedule time to meet you.
