Pongo is an 11 month old male Pit Bull-Boxer mix who weighs about 53 lbs. Pongo was very nervous when he first came to our shelter, with positive reinforcement training he has started to trust people more and enjoy being handled. We recommend that you look up certified dog trainers at: www.ccpdt.org before meeting him so that you and him can continue working together on his positive reinforcement training. Pongo is sweet, silly, and fun. He loves balls and running through the grass. We think that with a patient and loving family, Pongo's personality will shine and he will be a wonderful companion. Pongo is neutered, microchipped, negative for heartworm, and started on vaccines and flea/tick prevention.
