Roswell has an adoption fee of $240 and he comes fully prepared for his forever family, having already been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested negative for Heartworm. This means he's all set to embark on his next chapter with his forever family. Roswell does struggle with allergies that affect his ears and skin. This is a lifelong condition that Cascades is currently treating and anyone else that wants to experience his wonderful charm is going to need to continue treatment.
