Hi! My name is Dumplin'. I'm a beautiful, choncky, 8 year old pitbull and I was brought into MaxFund as a stray. I have been looking for my forever home for more than three years. Can you believe it?!
When I first came to MaxFund, I was very weary of people and I was very protective of my boundaries. I can still be slow to warm up to people but luckily, I have made lots of new friends here at the shelter. I am a picky gal but once I let you into my inner circle, we will be buddies for life. Any potential adopters will have to commit to visiting me at the shelter several times to make sure we feel comfortable with one another.
I am a pretty mellow gal so I don't need to be in a super active home but I would need to be the only pet in the home. I'm not a big fan of other dogs but I don't pay them much attention on walks as long as we keep a bit of a distance. I would really like to find a companion who is confident, patient, and has experience working with dogs. I know my perfect person or people are out there. Oh, and did I mention, I would love a home with a yard where I can sunbathe (aka, charge my solar panels!). Soaking up the sun and being spoiled are my most favorite things in life! I also love eating snow and I adore riding in the car! Please give me a chance and help me find my furever home!
