Meet Saw-C!
Saw-C came to us in 2019 with her kittens. They were all living outside and took some time to get used to people. Saw-C's kittens have all been adopted, but Saw-C is still waiting for someone to love her for who she is! Saw-C is now back at the shelter after spending about 4 months in a foster home. This is what her foster family has to say about Saw-C: "Saw-C is simply delightful! She's a very active and playful girl. She follows you around and flops down in front of you to let you know she wants to play or eat. She's still very much a kitten at heart! She's very playful and will solicit your attention to play with her favourite toy which is a long string attached to a toy ball that she likes to chase. She's more interested in chasing the string than the ball. Her most playful times are in the morning after her breakfast and at night when we want to go to bed! She's quite curious about everything even supervises the cleaning of her litter box. She likes you to stand beside her and pet her while she eats. She will also run to the kitchen whenever she thinks we are going to sit down to eat so she can eat too. She's not a lap cat at this point and is not fond of cuddles or petting except when she feels like it or when she's eating. She just likes to be around, in the same room and near you. She's come a long way since we brought her home at the end of March. It may take her awhile to gain confidence in you but bonds really well when she does and she responds really well to treats."
