Greetings! The name is Marshall, and I'm a fun loving boy born in 2014. You are probably wondering how I came to be at MaxFund. I had a loving home for most of my life. But, my owner started traveling with their job, and could no longer give me the medical care I needed. You see, I have diabetes. It's under control with a special diet and insulin. If you come to meet me, you'll discover I'm a loving and affectionate guy. I'm young and playful, love to be held, and will even allow belly rubs. I get along with everyone and have a friendly, laid back personality. Because of my diabetes, I am available to be fostered. MaxFund would take care of my medical costs, and you would provide a loving home. You'll be instructed on how to take care of me. It's really not a big deal. Maybe you know someone who's diabetic. MaxFund had a special room for diabetic cats, and so many of us got adopted or fostered, I'm the only one left. So, they put me in a room with senior cats who have medical needs. I like the company, but I'm only five! I guess my perfect home would be with someone who loves me for me. Someone who understands that I may have a medical condition, but I'm still a cat and love to do cat things. In fact, a cat tree would be a bonus, because I love to climb up high and watch the world from my perch. I've been here for many months now. The staff and volunteers are sad I haven't found a home yet, because they know being in a shelter is not the healthiest place for me to be. I know it will take someone with an extra big heart to take me in, but I promise to give you all my love in return.
