Meet Maleficent! If you are looking for a beautiful snake with gorgeous markings Maleficent is the slithery friend for you! Ball Pythons make wonderful pets for individuals well versed and able to provide them with proper housing and care. Maleficent's previous home unfortunately did not provide her with the necessities to thrive and as a result she was underweight with several areas of retained shed. Since coming into care, she has put on much needed weight and has been able to shed properly. Diet is important and Maleficent enjoys her food, she consistently eats medium to large sized thawed rats. Previously Maleficent wasn't handled much but her current foster home has worked on this and finds Maleficent is now receptive to handling and allows it.
Maleficent is one of our longest residents and one that is incredibly deserving of a forever home. If interested in meeting Maleficent, please submit an application. Please note that we require that a full and appropriate set up be prepared and approved PRIOR to taking home any of our reptiles. We expect that all of our animals go to educated homes with appropriate living conditions for their specific needs.
