Beautiful Brown Eyed girl looking for a lifelong love.
Measurements: Medium sized lovie with long legs. She is a tall beauty, but weighs in at a sleek 35 lbs.
Deets: She is a 7-year-old Border Collie Mixa-roo with some Greyhound for good measure!
Personality: Active, intelligent, sweet, and playful, she can be bit aloof until she knows you. (Girl's prerogative!) New people can make her nervous, but she is a social butterfly once she knows you are her friend.
Ideal Date: She would love to go on a hike, race around the yard, maybe head out on a road trip and cap the day off snuggled into a big, fluffy blanket (She LOVES fluffy blankets)! She is phenomenal in the car. When she goes on pup cup or burger runs with her favorite volunteer, she waits patiently until it is time to snack. Such a lady!
Dream Job: Toy tester.. crinkly, squeaky fluffy toys are gifts from heaven!
Bio: Navy has had experience in a home before and did really well with housetraining. She keeps her kennel clean, because that is what a lady does! She does well with other dogs with proper intros and loves to run and play with them. Since starting our play groups, Navy has started socializing with other dogs and it has brought her out of her shell. She would still do best in an adult home, as kids make her nervous.
Quirks: She sometimes takes a little while to feel comfortable around new people. She gets nervous when new people lean over her or have quick movements. Once she knows you however, personal space is not a thing and she is all in for the lovins. She is big on nose boops, sneaking in kisses on the smacker and likes to make sure you know she loves having her tummy rubbed.
Perfect Fit: A home with a fenced in yard would be her favorite place to be. With her energy, an apartment would not be the best fit for her. She loves to run, jump, and throw toys around when she is playful and energetic, so a fenced in yard is still required for her. She amazes the people that see her, because of how high she can jump! She was most likely a ballerina or an Olympic high jumper in a past life.... Maybe both!
