Baby is a sweet and social conure, who was born in 2024. She has been passed through several homes in her short life at no fault of her own. Despite so much change Baby remains curious and trusting. She is tolerable of gentle handling and enjoys the company of bird savvy people. Baby is now ready to find her forever home. She would thrive in a home where she receives lots of attention as she likes to be a part of the action but would also benefit from an experienced bird owner who can provide her with boundaries as she matures into an adult. She has some favorite mobiles in her cage and is learning how to forage for treats hidden in egg cartons. Baby will require a large cage with specific size requirements which must be verified prior to adoption. Conures can live 15-25 years, adopters must be aware of the commitment prior to considering adopting a parrot. Conures also tend to bond to their humans. A home with prior large bird experience is an asset. Baby would thrive in a home with a family or individual who can spend lots of time with her and allow her ample time outside of her enclosure as well as one that can provide a variety of enrichment opportunities to ensure Baby remains happy both mentally and physically.
