Tony is in foster care, and his foster parent's report:
"He does great with meeting new people who have come over. Super friendly with everyone and loves being centre of attention. He's not really interested in small kids. He seems anxious getting picked up but he tolerates it, and is great on walks and on leash. He will literally melt into your arms when cuddling but I feel like he needs more time to get to know someone to do it more often."
He's made huge improvements in his time with us, but Tony will need someone who is willing to let petting and affection be on his terms, and who is willing to build trust with him.
Tony knows how to sit, shake a paw, and lie down. He is dog social. There's lots about him to love, he just needs a bit of patience and work... but don't we all?
