Are you searching for a handsome big dog that will add lots of excitement and joy to your life? Well look no further, Dax is a giant boy just looking for a family to call his own that will help him be the best dog he knows he can be.
~ Dax is looking for an active family as he enjoys his daily exercise and enrichment. ~ This big sucky boy will need an adult only family as he can be nervous and show some reactivity so his new family will have to help him learn the world isn't so scary. ~ Dax will need to be signed up for in person training to help work on his socialization, basic training and manners as well as his reactivity. ~ Dax LOVES attention and working, he cannot wait to have a family to shower him with love all of the time, he just can't get enough of it! ~ He is looking for a house type of home rather than apartment style as he can be nervous and reactive so apartment style will be very stressful and difficult to work with him in. ~ Dax is looking for a family that has had extra big doggos before so they are prepared for the giants with no manners and know how to work with these big pups! Regularly Exhibited Behaviours Noticed: - Vocal - Nervous/Shy - Very high energy - Reactivity - Under-Socialized Explanation of Behaviours: - Young dog that is high energy and will need a lot of attention, training, exercise and enrichment daily. - He will need to be socialized a lot in a safe and proper way to ensure he is set up for success in the future. - He can be nervous with new people and will require slow and proper introductions. - He has shown barrier reactivity while in our care. As a result he can be vocal at times.
