Boo Boo is a 9-year-old Chihuahua who has just started his foster journey, so this bio is based on very first impressions - with updates to come!
He was surrendered after coming from a difficult situation where larger dogs were bullying him. Boo Boo is now in a foster home, and is already showing what a gentle, loving little guy he is.
To help him feel safe, his foster mom set up a cozy pen and crate where Boo Boo can retreat whenever he wants quiet time. He's taken to it right away and enjoys relaxing there when he's not in his foster mom's lap. The foster home also has two large dogs who are calm and respectful of small dogs, and early interactions have been peaceful.
Boo Boo is a total sweetheart - he loves to snuggle, is not barky, and doesn't seem to have a mean bone in his body. We're still learning how he does with big dogs as he settles in, but we do know he was very good with other small dogs and cats in his previous home.

Boo Boo would love a calm, cozy home with snuggly humans, a quiet space of his own (he appreciates a crate!), and gentle canine companions - especially small dogs or possibly very calm larger dogs - or friendly cats. Right now he's afraid of loud noises and sudden movements so unless this changes, he will need a home with adults and only older, quiet children.
Boo Boo is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and has had dental care, so he's ready for his next chapter.
