Bubba is looking for a home with patient parents to live out his best life! Bubba came to us from Oklahoma and is still deciding what he thinks of this cold weather. He is in foster, so he's in a safe and warm home while we learn more about him. So far, we've found out he has the sweetest personality.
He craves love and attention, but sometimes startles at quick movements and seeks the security of his kennel. He loves hanging with me (foster mom) on the couch getting lots of pets and rubs.
His first choice would be to have someone at home with him at all times (who wouldn't?), but he does fine being left alone and usually finds a cozy place to sleep.
Potty training is a work in progress. Going potty outside seems to be a new thing and seemed good without snow on the ground. Once the snow hit, he decided indoor potty pads were the way to go. We will continue to work on going potty outdoors.
The information we got from the rescue in Oklahoma is that Bubba doesn't like other dogs or cats. We have not officially tested that yet, but a meet and greet with any other animals in the house would be required.
