Hi, I'm Ben. I was recently brought up from Oklahoma and was saved from being on the euthanasia list. I'm so grateful to AHeinz for saving me!!
I love to see people as they walk by my room, so I give a little wiggle hoping for someone to ask to see me. I am a very energetic puppy and can sometimes have a lot to say! I'm not quite sure how to walk on a leash just yet, but I am learning new things every day. When I walk on leash, I sometimes move really fast and can pull on leash, but there are times where I can be really slow, but again, I'm learning.
I've gone through a lot of change recently which has made me a bit overwhelmed. I am a little scared of dogs right now, but I think as I decompress and feel safe, I will learn to love them. I just need proper time to get to know others, so a meet with other furry friends will be needed to make sure that it is the right fit for both you and I. Smaller dogs remind me too much of toys, so they are not recommended.
I have not had the opportunity to meet miniature humans yet, so I would love the chance to get to know everyone first before going to a potential new home. Since I still growing out of my puppy energy, I may not understand my size, so take my zoomies with precautions as I might crash into things and people.
