If you are looking to own the most handsome dog in the neighborhood, this is your guy.
Finch is a 4 months old pit/husky mix. He gets along well with other dogs of all sizes and ages. He has enjoyed playdates with pups anywhere from 8-80 pounds. He lives in a foster home with 3 other dogs who have helped him learn the importance of potty training and other good manners such as how to sit for treats. He has also learned that people are not for chewing on but are great to snuggle up to and nap with. He loves his play time but once he gets wound down, he is most likely going to be searching for his humans to cuddle with.
Finch's first 10 weeks of life were spent in the nursery at the shelter where many volunteers, including children, helped to raise and nurture him and his sister. He is a very calm dog for his age and while he does well with kids and other dogs, little kids or overly active dogs can be overwhelming for him. He is just a chill, happy guy.
Due to his mix of breeds, we feel he would do best in a home with a fenced yard where he could run and be safe.
