Meet Nebula!
Nebula is a 10-month-old Lab retriever mix who is considered a large breed dog. She weighs around 70+ pounds at full growth currently, which would make her large and in charge!
Her bright smile and wiggly personality make her a delight to get to know and to be around! She is smart and eager to please, especially if treats are involved as she also loves to learn new things! She can pull on leash when she is excited, so we are working on some leash manners, but she does not require a fenced in yard at this time. Nebula has had experience in a home environment where she has learned to keep her room clean and to potty outside, so she might just need a good refresher once in a new environment. She had been in a home with other dogs but did seem to feel more comfortable with the male dog in the home, as she did tend to be a little more protective when the female dog was around her favorite people and food. In her former home, she fell in love with younger kiddos and were their best friends! So proper introductions with any young kids and other male dogs will be needed to find the right fit.
We have learned so far that she loves to play with her toys and snuggle up in her blankets but recently found that she likes to make snow out of soft dog beds! She would love to find a family that would be willing to give her plenty of loves, belly rubs, and snuggles.
