Sweetest girl looking for her happily ever after.
Personality: Very happy pittie girl with the tail to prove it! She thrives on affection and runs on love.
Hayzel loves her toys and showing them off to friends that pop into her kennel to say hi. Her happy tail has a mind of its own and keeps her wiggle butt moving like it is keeping time to a drum solo.
Hayzel's story: Hayzel was rescued by a good samaritan who caught a glimpse of her in a ditch off of a country road in rural Iowa. They went back and after searching and found her in a nearby barn. She was extremely thin, malnourished and had a painfull skin condition. She has been getting the much needed medical attention and all the love from our volunteers and staff. Hayzel is now feeling so much better and is looking quite lovely.
Hayzel would love to have a family to call her own. As with all of our dogs, a meet n greet with all family members, furry and not so furry is needed to make sure its a perfect fit. She is a very friendly and affectionate girl and loves everyone she meets. She does have a very powerful tail wag so that is something to be aware of with littles.
We aren't certain as to what all Hayzel has been through, but we do know she is a very loving, friendly and happy girl who is just grateful to be loved.
