Ohhh Maeve!
With her golden eyes and distinctive coloring, Maeve has a unique look! Not many "cow cats" come through the shelter. If you are lucky enough to have you one, you know how special they are!
This lovely gal started out her time in the rescue as a mama to a litter of kittens. All were long since adopted, and Maeve has continued to wait...and wait for a home of her own.
Maeve loves surveying her surroundings from above, looking out of the window, and curling up in small cozy spaces. Although pretty shy, she occasionally comes out during a quiet evening at Catland to allow volunteers to pet and play with her.
She has the potential, with patience and gentle persistent attention, to become a faithful companion. She may also make a good shop cat as long as she is fed and provided adequate shelter.
Maeve generally gets along with other cats, so would probably enjoy another well mannered feline friend. Dogs are unknown.
The best home for her would be a quiet one, with adults or perhaps a calm older child. She will require some coaxing to blossom, but if you take a chance on her, you will gain a grateful friend for life!
