She's a big girl with a soft heart, and while she needs to be the only animal in the home, she has so much love to give to the humans who choose her.
Gwen finds comfort in the simple things. Cozy blankets she can curl up with (and yes, gently suckle on) help her feel safe, and stuffy toys are her absolute favorite-especially when she gets to proudly destroy them. Those little comforts mean a lot to her and help her settle and relax.
Even though she's a large dog, Gwen walks nicely on leash, especially when she's with her "best friend" on the other end. She does best with someone who enjoys building a bond and being her steady, trusted companion.
Gwen isn't looking for perfection-she's looking for permanence. If you're someone who believes that some dogs just need one last chance and a lot of love, Gwen may be ready to finally come home.
