Meet Hudson!
Oh Hudson, such a lovie.
Sweet boy looking for someone to play fetch with, laugh about life with and hang out on the couch watching whatever it is you want to watch. He isn't picky as to whatever channel or streaming app you like, he just wants to be with you.
Deets: Medium sized terrier mix-aroo.
Hudson is a ladies man and gravitates towards them. He did come in as a stray, so we are not certain what he experienced before coming to us but he is somewhat wary of men and will show that by barking as his way of telling men he does not know that he is nervous. He is a big lover and does warm up quickly. He absolutely loves the male staff and volunteers at AHienz57, but it may take a few meet in greets with certain families for him to feel comfortable. He is definitely worth it.
He enjoys playing fetch, it might be his all time favorite, although it is a toss up between that and getting lots of love from his friends at the rescue.
He says nooooo to other dogs. They are scary and he barks to tell them to stay away so he will need to be the only dog. Older children 8 years and up can be cool, but he gets nervous with younger. Due to his dislike of other dogs and nervousness around young children a physical, fenced in yard will be required for him. He can be a bit noisy a times, so a home without shared walls would best for him. Ofcourse, he may be completely different in a home over a noisy rescue, but to be safe a single family home would be awesome.
As with all of our dogs, a meet n greet with all family members in the home is needed to make sure it is a great match.
