Hi there, they call me Silly Goose, and I think that's pretty fitting! I was found tied to a tree with two other dogs. I am now the longest standing dog at the shelter, but I don't get why! I love to sit in laps, play, both independantly or with friends and go for walks. Ok, some people say I'm a little too strong for them on leash. I guess I could see where that would be hard for some people. Maybe you have really strong arms or a fenced yard to help out with that? I can be a little bossy with other dogs but I do ok with some if the humans know how to help us get to know each other. To be honest, I think I am enough to keep anyone happy, even without another dog. If you ask me, I would make a pretty good new family member; if you don't mind a 52 pound dog trying to climb in your lap! Stop by the shelter during open hours if you'd like to meet me, Silly Goose! I'm dying to find my new home soon! Tuesday-Sunday 12-4:30 PM (Thursdays until 6:30 PM) adoptions@spcaonline.com (607) 257-1822 x221 (adoptions category: green)
