Meet Mack, a pretty brown tabby looking for her fur-ever family! Mack has recently joined our crew here at the shelter and we are excited to help her find her future home. Mack is a quiet cat and can come off a bit reserved. However, she's very sweet when you get to know her but she needs some help learning who is safe and reliable. Mack does tend to prefer women over men but she may be open to a man in the home--she might just need some extra time to learn it's okay. This precious girl has always lived indoors and we'd like it to stay that way for her so she stays safe and healthy. She enjoys being brushed and using her scratching posts. Loud sounds and sudden changes can make her nervous, so we'd recommend a household either without dogs or with a calm, older dog. Mack would likely do well with another cat in the home, given a slow introduction. Though she is shy, once she feels comfortable she is known to be friendly and quite affectionate. Because she can be nervous, we'd recommend children old enough to respect her boundaries. Mack had a dental procedure with us which adds a small fee to his adoption! If you think she may be a good fit for your household, stop by the shelter soon to meet this sweet lady!
