Meet Athena! This pretty lady was brought to our shelter through no fault of her own, and she's looking for a new place to call home. As you might've noticed, Athena is a big gal, and she has been known to jump when excited and meeting new people, so we are requiring any kids in the home are 6 years or older. She's also a big sweetheart and has been super friendly with everybody she's met so far! She has lived with another dog in the past, but we will require a dog meet-and-greet prior to adoption if you already have a canine companion at home. Since Athena is a husky mix, we do recommend that you have some breed experience, so you're prepared to deal with some of her quirks.
