Felicity is a young pup who was very nervous when she first arrived to the shelter and has gone to foster to decompress. Felicity would do well with an experienced dog owner who can help her gain confidence in new situations. Since she could not walk on leash when she came in, a fenced in yard is beneficial for her to continue to build confidence on leash walks.
Felicity would be best suited for a home with no young kids at this time. She could go home with a stable social dog or even on her own.
