LOCATION: Foster/ Foster home
Thelma is a 9-month-old teenage kitty with a wonderful combination of energy, curiosity, and affection. She's always ready for a play session-whether it's chasing a bouncy ping-pong ball or pouncing on her favorite mouse-on-a-string. There's nothing she loves more than racing around the apartment in pursuit of her favorite toy!
When she's not busy playing, Thelma turns into a total cuddlebug. She loves snuggling with her humans and especially enjoys a good belly rub.
Thelma is also a curious little explorer. She has already enjoyed some outdoor adventures from the safety of a closed stroller. And I suspect she'd someday relish the prospect of exploring her surroundings on a leash.
Thelma currently lives with her dog foster buddy, Louise-a King Charles Spaniel. The two seem to get along beautifully, happily sharing a home while still being perfectly content to do their own thing.
The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more.
Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.
** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process. We appreciate you're understanding and patience.
