Rhubarb is a gentle fellow with a loving personality. Giving and receiving affection is his favorite past-time -- along with curling up on a comfy lap. He also enjoys a little playtime and sitting on windowsills. This silly boy loves to chase his own tail!
Rhubarb is skittish when a person moves about (standing up, coming and going) and will go to his safe place, but he recovers quickly and is always ready for more snuggle time. He would do best in a quiet home where he can relax and share all his love with someone looking for a furry best friend.
The Seattle Animal Shelter is committed to reducing length of stay for all of our shelter pets! Some pets qualify for FREE or reduced adoption fees, please inquire with our Animal Care team to learn more.
Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.

To meet this cat please come to Seattle Animal Shelter at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, between 1 - 5 pm one of on one of our open days, no appointment needed. We are open on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are closed for adoptions on Monday, and all holidays. From Foster Care (out of shelter):
1. Copy and paste the adoption survey link into a new tab on your browser: https://tinyurl.com/mttzccjz
2. Download and complete the cat survey.
3. Save the survey to your device with a new file name that includes your last name. Make sure it's filled in when opened again.
4. Put the name of the cat(s) in the Subject Line of a new email. Attach your survey, add any additional information you would like us to know, and send to SASCatFosterAdoption@seattle.gov
