I'm Sprinkles, and I've waited my entire life for something I've never had-a real home.
When I first arrived at the SPCA, I was one of nearly 30 cats rescued from a cruelty case. The shelter became our safe haven, a place where we could finally rest and look forward to a new beginning. Slowly, one by one, I watched my friends leave for homes of their own. I was so happy for all of them. Each adoption was a reason to celebrate, but also a painful reminder that I'm still here, still waiting.
I'm a tuxedo girl with sparkling green eyes that catch the light. I'm the kind of cat who greets you right away when you enter the room, brushing against your leg with excitement to let you know you're welcome. Once the introductions are over, I'll happily curl up next to you, quiet and low-key, content just to share space and companionship.
I get along well with other cats, older kids, and I can even be dog-tested if you have a pup at home. I'm gentle, loving, and patient, but I don't want to be the one who waits forever.
