Rick is a 1-year-old neutered male Terrier mix with an adorably scruffy coat and the cutest BIG pointy ears you've ever seen!
Rick can be a little unsure when meeting someone new, but it usually only takes a treat or two before he decides you might just be his new best friend. Once he trusts you, this sweet boy loves being close to his people-and despite what his size may suggest, Rick absolutely considers himself a lap dog!
He already knows how to sit... although you may have to convince him that sitting is actually worth his time. Luckily, Rick isn't picky when it comes to treats, so a little bribery goes a long way!
Rick is still building confidence while walking on a leash, but he's making great progress. He's also a good boy in the bathtub, especially when snacks are involved.
Rick appears to be dog-friendly, but a meet and greet with any resident dogs will be required. Because he can be a little cautious at first, we think he would do best with children ages 6 and up.
