Sandy is a 1.5-year-old tan Retriever mix with long legs, a goofy smile, and enough energy to keep life exciting! This tall and lanky girl is always ready for her next adventure and would absolutely thrive with an active family who can keep up with her playful spirit.
Sandy loves to run, play, and explore the world around her. Whether it's hiking trails, trips to the park, or long walks around the neighborhood, she's happiest when she's on the move with her people. She's very social and enjoys being near you, soaking up pets and attention whenever she can. Treats are definitely one of the quickest ways to win her heart, too!
This fun-loving girl does still need some work on her basic manners and training. She can be strong on the leash, so a harness is highly recommended to help make walks more manageable while she continues learning. Sandy can also get a little mouthy when she gets excited, so she would do best in a home without young children.
Sandy appears to be dog friendly, but as always, a meet and greet is required to ensure compatibility with any current dogs in the home.
