Sandy is a 2-year-old tan Retriever mix with long legs, a goofy smile, and plenty of energy to keep life exciting!
Sandy is very dog friendly and would love to have a canine companion at home to play with. A meet and greet will still be required to make sure everyone is a good match.
This girl LOVES to stay busy. She enjoys playing with toys, getting the zoomies in the yard, and going for walks with her people. She also has a hilarious fascination with sticks and is always looking for the perfect one to pick up on her walks and add to her growing collection!
Because Sandy has so much energy, she will need a house with a securely fenced backyard where she can run and play. Apartment living would likely be too limiting for her.
She is still working on her basic manners and can be strong on leash, so a harness and continued training are recommended. She can also get a little mouthy when excited, making a home without young children the best fit.
Sandy is looking for an active family, plenty of playtime, and hopefully a dog friend to share her adventures with!
