Meet Redd, a 9-year-old neutered male American Pit Bull Terrier with a stunning white and blue coat and the sweetest, most soulful eyes! This affectionate boy loves hugs, snuggles, and quiet time with his people. Whether you're relaxing on the couch or heading out for a stroll, Redd is happiest by your side.
Redd has moved from shelter to shelter and is ready for the comfort and stability of a forever home. Through all those changes, he has remained a gentle, loving companion with so much affection to give. He's also a big fan of treats, so a tasty snack is a wonderful way to start a friendship!
Redd enjoys walks and does well on a leash, but he is a strong boy who needs someone comfortable managing his strength, especially when he gets excited. He does well when kenneled and has a calm demeanor. He could likely do well in either an apartment or a house with regular walks, enrichment, and plenty of time with his family. Redd needs to be the only pet in the home, where he can enjoy all the love and attention.
Redd has shown a sensitivity to chicken, so his new family will need to choose food and treats without chicken as an ingredient.
If you're looking for a sweet companion with soulful eyes, some impressive muscles, and a whole lot of love, come meet Redd. After so much waiting, this deserving boy is ready for a home where he can settle in and stay.
