COOLEST CAT EVER! As with most of the cats at the shelter, we wish Archie could tell us his story. He has belonged to someone in the past, as they sadly had him front declawed, which took away his ability to defend himself, but since he was not neutered, he still had the desire to roam, which he has been doing for quite awhile. Near as we can tell, he has been couch surfing at various places until he was finally dropped off at the shelter. He is friendly and outgoing and loves everyone. He loves to be held and play. He is respectfully curious about other cats, and if they happen to hiss at him, he runs away. We think he would adjust just fine to a home with other kitties. He's a great all around guy! UPDATE-we noticed Archie had a limp on his back left leg, and he has now been diagnosed with Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease, which is a degenerative joint disease that may require pain meds or surgery in the future.
