Meet Smokey, a spirited adult dog with a heart full of love and energy. He's a friendly soul, always ready to play and briefly cuddle. He loves being petted. Smokey weighs 31 pounds and is house trained and leash trained, making him a wonderful companion for walks in the park or relaxing at home. He likes car rides and walks. If off leash, he might run away but he'll come back if you call him. He knows the sit command. He's also mature and well-behaved, making him a joy to have around. He's a quiet and calm dog, providing a peaceful presence in any home. Smokey is a hit with children, always ready to engage in their games and activities. He is always up for a fun play date with his canine friends but wants those pesky felines as far away as possible. He was given up because of his owner's lack of time for him and his distaste for cats. Smokey is looking for a forever home whime he can share him boundless affection and playful spirit.
